Delete your AquaShelter account
This permanently removes your account and associated AquaShelter data, including profile details, tanks, creatures, tasks, water readings, diagnosis history, uploaded tank photos, sessions, and shop workflow records linked to the account.
Subscriptions are managed separately. Deleting AquaShelter does not cancel an active Google Play, Apple, or Stripe subscription. Cancel it first in the store or billing provider where you purchased it. Account deletion remains available even if you do not cancel first.
If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to support@uploadforsoftware.com. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Payment providers and legally required tax, fraud-prevention, or security records may be retained under their own legal obligations as described in our privacy policy.
