Refund Policy

This policy explains trials, cancellations, SaaS refunds, renewal charges, and App Store purchase handling for AquaShelter.

Short version: Current shop trials require a card in Stripe but are not charged during the trial window if cancelled before the trial ends. For web SaaS subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid subscription period. Apple-billed purchases must be cancelled or refunded through Apple.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to AquaShelter SaaS subscriptions, shop plans, trials, website purchases, and app purchases where AquaShelter can control billing. It should be read with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Free Trials

If your shop plan includes a Stripe trial, a payment card may be required to start. You will not be charged during the trial period if you cancel before the trial ends. Trial limits, duration, and included features are shown on the pricing page or during signup.

We may end, change, or limit trial offers to prevent abuse or reflect product changes.

3. SaaS Money-Back Guarantee

For eligible web SaaS shop subscriptions paid directly to AquaShelter or our payment provider, you may request a refund during the first 30 days after your first paid subscription charge.

If approved, we will refund the first paid subscription charge for that shop account. The guarantee applies once per shop or organization and does not apply to custom enterprise contracts unless the written contract says so.

4. Monthly Renewals

After the first 30 days of the first paid SaaS subscription period, monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable. We may still issue a refund or credit for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, confirmed service failure, fraud, or where applicable law requires it.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a SaaS subscription at any time by contacting us or using account controls where available. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund previous charges.

Unless we state otherwise, access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. Downgrades usually take effect at the next billing cycle.

6. App Store Purchases

Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund decisions for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Apple in-app purchase system. AquaShelter cannot directly refund Apple-billed charges.

To request an Apple refund, use Apple's refund flow at reportaproblem.apple.com. To cancel an Apple subscription, use your Apple account subscription settings.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be denied where there is abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, violation of the Terms of Use, excessive use inconsistent with a refund request, custom work already delivered, or a request outside the eligible period.

8. How To Request a Refund

Send your request through the contact page, email support@uploadforsoftware.com, or WhatsApp at +20 100 090 4951. Include your shop name, account email, plan, charge date, payment method provider if known, and the reason for the request.

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Bank, card, payment provider, or platform processing times may vary.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as pricing, billing providers, App Store requirements, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top shows when this version took effect.
