Shop plans are for businesses managing customer cases, reminders, sharing, and branding. Fishkeeper plans are for one person managing personal tanks.
Yes. Shop upgrades are handled through Stripe and should charge the remaining-day difference when applicable. Cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends.
Paid plan credits are designed as monthly usage limits. Admins can manually adjust credits when needed.
Eligible web subscriptions follow the Refund Policy. Apple-billed purchases are handled by Apple.
